1. About Calls8

Calls8 is a platform for premium voice and video calls between callers and verified businesses, with agent partnerships and commission tracking. These Terms govern your use of the Calls8 Admin portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring you are legally permitted to use the service in your location.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Calls8 respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, fraud, sharing illegal content, or attempting to move conversations off-platform to avoid billing or safety controls is prohibited.

4. Billing

Callers are charged per minute at rates shown before a call starts. Businesses and agents receive commissions according to their programme terms. All fees are processed through our payment provider.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use personal data.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
